The Keltronic Story

1977

Our family business started in 1977 under the banner of K.L Corporation as distributors of bakelite powder. Catering to several parts of India, We bacame company to go to for their requirements of bakelite powder in few years, caputing many geographies. Bakelite powder is used for its electrical nonconductivity and heat-resistant properties in electrical insulators, radio and telephone casings, and such diverse products as kitchenware, jewelry, pipe stems, children's toys, and firearms.

1979

In 1979,we diversified into Electrical Engineering goods under business name of Comet Sales in Lohar Chawl, Mumbai (Main market place for electrical goods in Western India. We dealt in Starters, Contactors, Relays and allied products. Soon we became one of the major whole sellers supplying to all major electrical business hubs of India.

1979 to 1993

From 1979 to 1993, we added more products to our business portfolio and broadened our customer base to become one of the highest selling electrical engineering goods disributors in India.

1993

In 1993, We opened another firm, Keltronic Engineering Agencies to diversify into company authorised dealership of electrical engineering goods like Telemecanique (France) which is now part of Schneider Electric, for ther range of Contactors, relays, Starters,etc. We were also one of the leading authorised distributors for Connectwell for Terminal Blocks range, Jointwell for lugs & ferrules range, Polycab for cables & wires range and Rass Control for push buttons, control & signaling units and control stations.

Under Keltronic Engineering Agencies, we also became one of the top selling authorised dealers at national level for their range of Circuit Breakers namely MCB, ELCB & Distribution Boxes.

2012

Since 2012 we, at Keltronic Electricals, have expanded our client base with Din Mounting rails and other control panel accessories products, to cater to our existing clients and to start the exports of our products into international markets. The products offerd are all types of Din Mounting Rails, End Clamps, Brackets, Panel Locks & Keys, Cable clamps, Cable Ducts, Cable ties, Insulated Wire Ferrules, Insulated terminals, Cable Glands, Grounding bars, terminal strips, surge arrestors, Busbar insulators, Panel Enclosures, etc.

2017

In 2017, we are expanding our horizon to foreign trade and are committed to servicing our global clients for their needs of Control Panel accessories and related electrical engineering goods.
